i hate that this is a default question asked of you no matter what the problem is. it's not that sex at birth can never be medically relevant but maybe we should establish that it is medically relevant before forcing disclosure rather than mandating it.

What a thing to discover on Christmas Day that tramadol has given me emotional blunting and violent mood swings.
I literally told my doctor I have adverse reactions to anything that touches serotonin. He prescribed it anyway, because it's Christmas & he couldn't do anything else.

There are 243 therapists for Talking Therapies for 97,000 patients across Greater Manchester Mental Health Trust.
This is clearly not sustainable. The fact that the Trust cannot tell me how many people are waiting for long-term therapy is an absolute scandal.

My GP is shocked the hospital told me I have it, to take some pills & come back if it gets worse.
It's as severe as having diabetes. You can in fact get Type 3c diabetes from it.
I have zero trust in NHS hospitals.

The worst part is that I am diagnosed with ADHD, and take medication, but I am on twelve hour medication meant for able-bodied people with ADHD.
It's not much use when I wake up at 4am due to pain, and now I have to decide whether I want my medication to run out at 4pm. No, I don't have a psych.
