Addendum: Inspiration from telling Taisiya's story can heavily influence and inspire a shot, but this is rather rare. I am an imperfect being and adore seeing the lady looking pretty in pretty environments and boudoir shots.

For solo stuff, I'll sometimes pull inspiration from musical influences. The Warframe ost is some incredible vibes that I love for Taisiya. Otherwise, I take a romanticized approach, making a shot that's a small vignette with little context to evoke emotion and leave blanks empty.

Gods this is a good one... For the smut? Inspiration comes from representing the collaborator's character. I'll think of a situation they might get in, and imagine it out.

For collab SFW works, it's much in the same, but I pull equal parts inspiration from the other character and Taisiya. (1/2)

I often see other gposes where the subject takes up a small portion of the shot. Fill the frame.

Color theory is very important, too. Use contrasting colors in lighting, outfits, backgrounds, etc.

People don't utilize FoV nearly enough, either. It's such an important tool. (2/2)

There's no one "most important" thing, since all you listed are techniques of composition. Good composition is critical. That said, I pay very close attention to lighting (reflective lighting carries a gpose a lot), rule of thirds, framing, and filling the frame. 1/2
