Diplomacy is almost done!

It was hard to decide whether to go "full random", symmetrical or asymmetrical faction relationships. I ended up making it asymmetrical :)

Added an in-game cheat console. Now I wonder how could I live without it for so long :D
It makes game testing so much easier.
The curious players may still find it and that's OK, cheats can improve the experience for some players :)

A new weapon: a long-range blade thrower. The blade flies as long as "fire" command is active (or until the max range is reached). The blades remain in position for some time, so they can be used as mines
This weapon is inspired by the Kohr-Ah from Star Control 2

The first thing I did was to implement Auto Jump.

Was requested several times by people testing the game as it's a bit annoying RN to walk around otherwise.
