似乎 ollama 启动之后会影响 macOS 的多屏幕支持，我的外接显示器好像都能正常工作了，但一启动 ollama 就会一直断联，最后不显示了。
（关键是 ollama 的自动启动还是不能关闭的。。🤣 github.com/ollama/ollam... ）

高价原研药做的软文这个说法也太搞笑了，好多原研药压根不卖中国了做软文有什么意义。
而且在现有医疗制度下，绝大多数病人都是医生开什么药病人就吃什么药，普通人也影响不了集采决策。对一个既没有选择权又影响不了决策的人做软文，到底有什么意义。
极少数富人的话，人家直接私立医院或者特需部了，压根不考虑这事儿。

这种一看就是为高价原研药做的软文，为了推销不惜编织各种故事抹黑仿制药，看来中国国家集采药品动了很多药企和医药代表的奶酪了。我完全支持有条件的人购买、使用高价原研药，这是用真金白银支持科研研发新药物。但不能因此贬低甚至诋毁仿制药，让很多条件不允许的穷人偏听偏信不敢使用仿制药，加剧对仿制药的不信任，让原本紧张的医疗资源浪费，也会使得本就紧张医患关系更加恶劣。中国的医疗改革本就举步维艰，难得把基本药物价格压下来一点，利益集团自然要想尽办法抵制，有些人还在附和，不知是傻还是坏。客观上都是助纣为虐、祸国殃民。

I said on the podcast yesterday that I don't think "disinformation" had that big an impact on the election. What did was a huge portion of the populace just ignoring all news because there's just too much, and it's too much work to figure out what's legit. This seems to agree...

So yes the large failed media ecosystem matters. A lot. I'm just saying that the response to this has to be different than "fight the disinfo" with fact checks and stuff.

去试驾 / 试乘（主要是试乘）了一下 SU7 Max ，体验非常好，直营模式确实比传统 4S 模式体验好太多了😂
