Le secrétaire d’État américain annonce ce soir que le Cybercommand américain, chargé d’assurer la sécurité cybernétique américaine, cessera tout enquête sur les activités cybernétiques russes. Cette décision fragilise de manière terrible les États-Unis. C’est complètement dingue. Et logique?
