Mid Major are typically programs that fall outside of the Power 4 conferences (SEC, ACC, Big 12, Big 10). It’s technically football language so it’s not a great reference for hoops but there’s not a common way to sort teams outside of that.
Can you define for me what a Mid Major is? I have been an ACC fan for years because I went to 3 ACC schools and my hubbie went to one ACC school.
