My uncle gave me 2 boxes of paint and glue today. This is all going to be organized and checked for dry paint / glue. Needless to say I am incredibly giddy with excitement at all these supplies haha. #dnd #dungeonsanddragons #ttrpg #paint

I saw this really cool star wars ewok village made with trees and random bits and decided to make something similar. I want a raised tree village with ladders, shops and more! Excited to start this project! #dnd #dungeonsanddragons #ttrpg #3dprinting

Branches that I scavenged from my local park. They are the perfect diameter for what I am going for.

Here are some of the 3dprinted parts. These slide onto the branches and create a deck. Some have openings for ladders and others don't. I am going to have bridges and so much more connecting all of these together.

Working on some more books and bookshelves. Decided to do some different colors and I like these so much better than my old ones. I needed a lot more of these because we are working on having a library done soon! #dnd #dungeonsanddragons #3dprinting #painting

We have been kind of silent lately. Had some personal stuff going on and haven't been able to post a lot, but we have still been working on stuff and trying to still take plenty of photos and videos. I'm painting A LOT of "wood grain" today. Some older projects and some new projects. Figured I would just do them all at the same time. Efficient but tedious.... Remind me to do something with more color next time. #dnd #dungeonsanddragons #ttrpg #3dprinting #painting

My construct is complete and on their base! Now I just need to finish painting. I just threw on the black coat over everything that needed it. Zoey even modeled for a photo to show the scale of it! #dnd #dungeonsanddragons #ttrpg

We are moving / doing maintenance on our 3dprinters. We had them downstairs, but decided to move them into the new DND room. Now everything but my CR10 is up and working. A heated bed issue needs some soldering. #dnd #dungeonsandragons #ttrpg #3dprinting

3 of my ender 3 printers. Two have been upgraded with a direct drive extruder.

This printer has been giving me nothing but issues for months. It's getting a direct drive upgrade, the bed is warped a bit so the z stop needs to be moved and the magnetic print bed is damaged so I'm going back to the default bed.

This one is all nice and calibrated. Currently printing my direct drive upgrade for the one on the left

My main printer I use for TPU. It already has a direct drive upgrade and loves to randomly give issues.

This is my first time ever doing something like this. I'm quite happy with how it's coming out. I was going for a mech / construct look and I think it is definitely starting to take shape. I had this VCR that was destroyed during shipping so I decided to harvest it for parts. I am going to make a mech for Stella's #dnd campaign. I have a good base so far but I need some more parts. #ttrg #dungeonsanddragons

Here are the dirt and dead grass tiles I have been working on with the newly painted rocks. After everything I can say used coffee grounds work great and pre painting the tiny rocks saved so much time. Zoey is inspecting my work in the back. I got 3 legs up. #dnd #dungeonsanddragons #3dprinting

Update on the rocks. Paint thinned down with a bit of water works quite well. Use a hairdryer to speed up the drying time. This entire container of rocks was done in 20 minutes. Still need some dry brushing and highlights, but this saved so much time. #dnd #ttrpg #painting #dungeonsanddragons

It works pretty well. I have done a similar thing just with paint thinned down with isopropyl alcohol to paint 3dprinted books and that worked quite well. This takes a bit longer to dry but a hair dryer can help speed it up.b

I'm testing out mixing paint, thinning it down a bit and then pouring the rocks into the paint. I use this mesh sieve to drain all the excess paint to save for more rocks. I usually glue and then paint these so this will help skip at least one step.

I streamed for the first time today on twitch. Playing Skyrim looking for things to model. Like an hour in me being a lesbian got brought up and how that was a problem. If anyone has a problem with the LGBTQ+ community there's the door. Can't believe I had to stop what I was doing just to say that.

DND all day! Our party has encountered some cultists that we have been having a problem with for some time now. Surrounded in a small building they portaled in and caught us off guard.
