Like I should be working through it and working harder. X_x like especially cuz so much weight loss stuff is like be more disciplined, work harder, and extra 500 cals a week is a pound of fat. Like I've been fat my whole life and suddenly abd permanently changing everything is hard

Like obviously I wanna see weight loss but I am seeing -improvements- physically. Im walking longer without getting winded and I got up off the ground without assistance yesterday. Its just hard to want to see a lot of changes right away. Having set backs like this week make e feel shitty
