How many times did I scream "fuck you, bootlickers" at pathetic losers in camouflage costumes while going to the post office? 3. Just a Wednesday afternoon in suburbanish Washington, DC. Just fucking assholes in army costumes standing around. I guess they are approved by someone and get paid.

I think the rule is that the dog is required to wear a costume. They may act as a greater, but they may also be a trick-or-treater. Either way, it's fun to put a costume on a dog.

I like having a beard because I haven't shaved since 2012 and shaving is annoying and razors are expensive. Having a beard is annoying when I have a cold (as I do now) and various stuff collects in it.

Tom Waits is a lot like Meat Loaf, just he uses his real name instead of a silly one. Big, ridiculous theatrical music with an often under credited collaborator. I love them both. And Kathleen Brennan and Jim Steinman.

I’m going to need well to do people to remember that unhoused people, disabled and sick people, recovering people, survivors, etc are not feel-good or learning opportunities for your kids. They’re not traditions for the holidays. They are people, and if you can’t treat them that way, stay away.

Yesterday, a guy on the street complimented my jeans. They're raw denim jeans ive been wearing and caring for for about 15 years. It felt so satisfying. They are great jeans.

They were near the farmers market and the baseball stadium, 2 places i love. Also the Walsh Transportation Center, the train station not named after any relative of mine, but the grandfather of the other Pat Walsh I grew up across the street from.
