This year's Oloroso Cask...8 years old at 48.2% abv. A superb bottle that I'm taking my time with and really enjoying 👌🏻🥃 #whisky #pswhisky #sniffsipslainte #lovewhisky #whiskylife
I'm sadly not going to make it to Glasgow's Whisky Festival in a few weeks' time. If anyone would like to buy a ticket for session 2, please let me know? Thank you🥃😢

All his Roy mates are real, genuine, bonafide, not deep fake or AI generated Roy’s, with the first letters of their surname a clue towards the distilleries featured in tonight’s tasting. #Blinddrams

Now time for the REVeal of the theme which some of you have guessed correctly is Signatory Vintage (post anagram gif), Roy Easing is of course a fictional distiller made up purely for this evening’s entertainment who has never put a vatting together in his life!. #Blinddrams

This sure is wonderful stuff, Matt
Dram 4. Palate: Nice 'n syrupy. Sweet and salty, a great combo. Light peat with a touch of ash. Wee herbal note, maybe eucalypyus, with some sweet, tropical fruit medley and some light lemon citrus. Left licking my lips on this one #BlindDrams
Dram 4. Nose: Dusty, wafer biscuits, light caramel, buttery pastry, apple strudel, saline, mineral, and a whiff of light peat. A touch of bacon right at the end #BlindDrams
Dram 3
Score: 3/5
#BlindDrams
Dram 3. Palate: Syrupy texture and possibly the sweetest whisky I've ever tasted. Maple syrup, caramel, prune juice. Earthy and meaty with a touch of sulphur. Stewed berries, some pepper, mace, and very drying on the finish #BlindDrams
Dram 3. Nose: First hit is lemonade and acetone. Dusty, vinous, sweet & sour vibe with fruit pastilles ,sour cherries, loads of oak and cask char #BlindDrams
Dram 2
Score: 3/5
#BlindDrams
Dram 2. Palate: Fairly oily and also very prickly. Big hit of liquorice and camphor. This quickly gives way to very sweet stewed fruits, red apple, leather, dusty, old wood, cask char, and ends a little salty #BlindDrams
