I’m happy to report I found a remnant of German Silesian humor - this monument to the pooping peasant, near Świdnica. It was built in 1935 to commemorate the establishment of a biological sewage treatment plant. The Poles built a new plant in the meantime but made sure the peasant is still pooping 🎉
