Utah Senators Mike Lee and John Curtis have introduced two new bills that would open national parks to off-road vehicles (ORVs): the State Motor Vehicle Laws in National Park System Units Act and the OHVs in Capitol Reef National Park Act.

Last week, Sen. Mike Lee, chair of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, announced he had introduced a new, intentionally deceptively-named piece of legislation: the Outdoor Americans with Disabilities Act. The bill is also sponsored by Sen. John Curtis.
