I have no idea why in all the Halo games it's only Halo CE where you can skip the aiming tutorial
By playing on heroic or legendary difficulty, the aiming tutorial is skipped on the first mission of CE
No other game let's you skip the tutorial (besides 2...kinda. It's a separate mission in Halo 2)

Must be the same person who made the par times for Two Betrayals in Halo CE, and Regret in Halo 2.
