Been playing a lot of demos thanks to Next Fest and my Steam Wishlist is getting big again.

I used to play games faster and not build up my wishlist this big, but lately I'm so much more likely to spend like 30-50+ hours on a game before feeling done with it.

I think I'm gonna clean up my wplace area and move to pxls.space. It doesn't have a way to bank pixels so each session is shorter and doesn't feel as tedious.
Plus the canvas refreshes monthly so you can see timelapses.
I made this lil art and it alone took a few days to place, which was refreshing.

So wplace is getting boring. Like I have so much pixels banked that I can do something like add a spiral on the entire background of my whole area in just two days.

I genuinely feel like I could keep working on this for another week tweaking and adding details, but at some point I just gotta stop.
This was so fun to work on and I think it's insane how much better this is than any of my other animations.
I'll probably do more animations now as well. :D

I freaking love Steam Next Fest. A good demo is always so much fun and is a great way to discover more games!

Skate Story was a beautiful and fun skateboarding game and I can tell I'm gonna love the full release.

Trimjob is a funny delightful minigolf arcade game and it releases only a few weeks.

I do really want to do more #Bonktober69 prompts, so many of last week's prompts were really good. But I'm just not a "have a bunch of WIPs at once" type of artist and my brain really wants to finish this skateboarding animation and I keep adding stuff to it cuz animation is fun.

Nice cool day today so I went for a 10k run.
Had to stop for a bathroom break halfway through which killed my pace but the first 5k was a 41:54 which is good pace.

Gabby's sister is Katie who I've included in the story a few times.
Taylor is the middle child to two brothers though I haven't thought about Taylor's family too much.
Madi, Aeri, & Artemis don't have any siblings.
Twin was an only child but since getting adopted has two new brothers.
