Gas leaks and fires are common after earthquakes.
If you have gas reconsider its use, as there are better options, (heat pumps, induction).
In the meantime make sure all gas appliances are braced and consider a seismic gas shutoff valve.

We were without power for like a week camping gear saved me I would suggest always having plenty of canned food water and stay the away from the windows get in a doorway frame if you can i’ve been in a few of them I can hear them when they’re coming. I know that sounds really strange but true story.
