Not sure! The PR people and Q&A host all thought the editor couldn't make it b/c of the travel ban, but Panahi said it was just a schedule conflict. I know he has 3-4 days of Q&As in NYC starting today, so I'm assuming he at least has temporary permission to be abroad.
