Six panels. Betty is sitting at the kitchen table chewing her food furiously as she tries to figure out what to do. Peter approaches her, poking her shoulder, "Betty, are you done with your plate? Betty?" She sits up and YELLS, before running off into the hall, Mayflower calling after her, "We're talking about this later, young man!" Peter is seen washing dishes, "Man, I hope those two make up. It's so dumb right now." Ian pats his back, "You'll understand better when you're older!" "I'm literally two years older than you, Ian, shut up!" We switch to Betty running down the hall, trying to prepare what she'll say. "Naomi, let's talk!" "Naomi I said I was sorry, what's the deal!" "Naomi, can't we be friends again?" She stops, slumping, "UGH I have no idea what to saaaay..." Off screen, voices are heard, "...it's not that bad!!"

Five panels. Betty stops, sneaking over to eavesdrop. "It's totally that bad." Naaaah. Betty isn't difficult. She's like, really nice! Too nice!" Mt Rainier was alive with wildflowers this summer--Paradise Valley was a paradise indeed, full of purple, white, yellow, and blue flowers. 🧙‍♀️i make a witchy comic. it gets a little spicy often, but in a relatively tame way. it's mostly about telling a story that happens to involve sexy bits.

my focus is on improving my art and developing my characters in fun ways.

for the fact that odysseus killed a baby, sacrificed all of his army, etc. like i personally think it's fine that he's a bad person but jorge rivera-herrans (and the fandom) is obsessed with insisting that he's just like ... morally gray and a tortured soul or whatever.

it's debatable whether or not the original epic was meant to depict odysseus as someone to aspire to be, not that he is but what the intent behind his character is - if that makes sense. you can really tell by how much people make up about the musical in their own heads to sort of lend justification

i think the main thing i've grown to like about it is just my personal reading of it which is not what is intended. like the musical becomes so much better when you come to terms with the fact the despite the character, creator and fandom being in denial about it - odysseus is a really bad person.
