I don’t hold out much hope that we’ll ever see the entire picture. Revealing it in full would likely destabilise the government and other institutions. It would also take an exceptionally courageous individual to disclose the names of all those involved.

Yet, the average annual cost of insulin went from $2,864 in 2012 to $5,705 in 2016 to $18,000 in 2025. A 25,714% markup. That isn’t inflation or supply chain—It’s corporate greed.
