The asymmetrical multiplayer survival horror game Dead By Daylight gained a Stranger Things map in 2019. Hawkins National Laboratory served as the backdrop for a faceoff between one player as the Killer, a Demogorgon, and two others as the Survivors, Nancy Wheeler and Steve Harrington. Unfortunately Netflix would pull the license, characters and area from the game a couple years later, in a misguided attempt to hoard their IPs with plans to launch their own gaming service. While that service exists now, its massive ambitions have been toned down quite a bit.
