Physical labor is always taxing and often painful. I did it for 20 years and accumulated injuries but it was not because of questionable company policies. Every industry floor has nasty rude brown nosing staff and supervisors. Oxfam is not the right agency for reviewing this issue.

Ever since the invention of the cotton gin, workers have been complaining and yet each advancement creates new jobs. It is too soon to be whining about jobs lost to a recent AI bubble. I provided citations in good faith. The header is good enough for me because they never say a word they can't prove with citations. If there is a concern, such wiki pages are labeled 'needs more research' or something to that effect.

Not a laughing matter. Heavy smoking causes paranoia, can lead to diabetes by snacking to death. My own brother got very paranoid, started hiding guns around his place and losing toes to diabetes after walking around the house every day nursing a gallon jug of chocolate milk. Pot is too strong now.

I grew up in the second most wealthy neighborhood in the US, finished high school in 1970. Kids got little alcohol, there was no chugging or huffing or stealing meds there. 8 years later my brother was smoking pot heavily at age 16. Became a pothead, became insufferably paranoid, forever lost to me.
