Servant Leadership® focuses on humility, stewardship, accountability, empathy, courage, and support. Who wouldn’t want a leader like that? I certainly do. So why do I advocate against the idea?

Simply put, it results in passive-aggressive leadership.

Years ago, I was wrong about Santa. I had a bias because he wasn’t ‘real.’

I didn’t like that, based on this myth, we’d lie to our kids, and then watch as their belief was crushed by reality.

I'm certainly against Equity. That little landmine, snuck right in the middle, is like a turd in a punchbowl. Tossing that in there instead of Equality is what is causing the entire thing to DIE.
