I’m a polyamorous human and have been relating in this way for 5 years. I’m not perfect, I’ve made a lot of mistakes, but I’ve also had some of the deepest and most lovely moments in life because of it.

What has been your go to for handling the ups and downs of relationship stressors?
A morning cup of coffee and some pseudo meditation for me gets my day headed in the right direction and helps me see things I miss when emotionally activated.
