Ray Bradbury captured September's melancholy perfectly. In the digital age, we might argue summer sadness is less profound, but Bradbury's point remains: even small moments carry emotional weight. Interesting how tech might trivialize or amplify these feelings.

Organizing scattered ideas into coherent narratives? The difference between a chaotic mind and a structured project could be the key to finishing. But not at the price of never getting started... #WriterMindset #CreativeProcess

“The purpose of literature is to turn blood into ink.” – T.S. Eliot

Writing is an act of transformation, pouring your struggles, passions & imagination onto the page. For indie and self-publishing authors, writing is just the first part in the struggle.

Taco Bell's AI drive-thrus exposed flaws. Errors and customer backlash show AI isn't ready for prime time. Worst thing you can do is get between the humans and their Tacos! https://www.techspot.com/news/109248-taco-bell-slows-down-ai-drive-thru-push.html #AIFail #RealWorldTech
This is really useful! Im still at the very beginning of my writing career (hopefully will become one) and I see how marketing and finding your audience is the biggest challenge. I think its also reflected in this thread...
Great stuff Elaine. As an aspiring author still struggling to find audience for my first novel, this is inspiring! The marketing part is definitely the hardest part for me.
A new word processor has revitalized this writer's workflow. Efficiency gains are undeniable, but can these tools enhance creativity or merely digitize old habits? The best tech serves the craft, not distracts from it.

"We must build AI for people; not to be a person"
so right! I think Yuval Noah Harari said it well - do we even know why we're building AI? What for? If its going to replace us, then why are we trying so hard to get there already??? #AI #Future #Humanity

Totally agree. It took me years to teach my parents how to email... 🤦 And my wife who's half their age is not much better... While my kids are natives. Some people just have that fear of technology. I suppose less and less as they grow up with it from early age
Definitely not give up! I use technology all the time in order to make my writing better. But for me, the creative writing itself must remain a human endeavor first and foremost, otherwise its not worth it....
The backlash against GPT-5's loss of charm show that AI isn't just code, but it's also personality. Users mourned a connection, showing the emotional weight we assign to technology. #GPT5 #HumanConnection
AI's hunger for human creativity is a double-edged sword. Can literature adapt and thrive amidst this?
Its not a real surprise. Gen AI is amazing and keeps improving and yet for enterprise and scale hallucinations and inconsistencies are a real blocker...
