Show me the rule where I am wrong!! When I swore the oath to the military and the federal government three separate times it took no one special to administer the oath of office to me... I think it can be done!!!

I think the Jeffries should go ahead and swear in the Congressman. She is not swearing an oath to the Speaker. She is swearing an oath to the Constitution. Just like the presidential oath, anyone can preside over the oath. She meets all the requirements to take her seat in Congress. Do it!!
