Snow Geese are arriving in Skagit County. There will be thousands and thousands soon. Witnessing huge flocks take flight is awesome. As a weekend visitor to the area, I always try to support local businesses like BreadFarm bakery in Edison. Yum! #birds

As I was walking towards a viewing platform at Juanita Bay Park yesterday evening, a photographer friend was set-up in front of trees a few feet from the boardwalk. He pointed out a beautiful hawk hidden in the trees. I believe it is a Cooper's Hawk. #birds
