The removal is unfortunate given her bill was up for debate tomorrow.

But enough is enough.

Observers of Senate proceedings know Senator Thorpe serially abuses standing orders beyond ordinary experience.

There is a difference between engaging in healthily debate and being a tool. #auspol
The Senate has voted to suspend Lidia Thorpe from the chamber until the end of tomorrow – the last sitting day of 2024 – after she ripped up a Pauline Hanson motion

Labor moved the motion, with the L/NP, One Nation, UAP, JLN and David Pocock supporting it

Only Greens voted no

The ALP are lost, vindictive cowards. The Greens are policy incompetent and stupol brained. The Teals are shallow four parts marketing, one part gravitas. The Nats are a mining lobby and the Libs are battling between being corporate shills or the sword of anti-human evangelical churches. Bout right?

“…the prime minister did not want a Labor-Greens environment deal that could be weaponised by the federal opposition… and lead to a potential scare campaign.”

May as well allocate those Greens Senate seats for the Coalition then. Mining tax PTSD. #auspol

There's lots of exceptional public servants in the US that are willing to leave. Particularly in areas we want to expand like out own CDC. Australia should be exploiting the fuck out of this. Expedited citizenship options for families, permanent employment opps. Go early, go hard, and get the best
