Managed to grab half an hour in between work and constant hospital visits. First run for over a week but managed 30 minutes including a 5K with progressive splits. #running #fitness #ukrunchat

So Mr Inconsistent #parkrun continues today. 82 seconds slower than two weeks ago. No logic, nothing in legs today. Still at least I got some fresh air and 5K 😂 #running #ukrunchat Apparently my 600th activity on #strava too 🤷♂️ would of thought I would be fit or worked out this running malarkey 😂
