Federal court blocked TX from using the new, racially gerrymandered congressional map in the midterms and ordered us to keep the ‘21 lines while the case goes to the Supreme Court. Texans didn’t ask for new maps-Trump did. This ruling is a major victory for fair representation #TxLege #CollinCounty
