TX is growing fast and our water systems must keep up. Prop 4 will dedicate existing funds (no new taxes) to the TX Water Fund, supporting projects that:
✅Repair & replace aging water systems
✅Expand water supply capacity
✅Improve flood protection
✅Help rural & fast-growing communities secure water

October is #DomesticViolenceAwarenessMonth 💜 — a time to shine a light on the work we must do to protect survivors.

I was proud to joint author of HB 2492, a bill that strengthens protections for survivors of family violence by requiring a short “cooling off” period after an offender posts bond.

Last session, I helped pass bills like HB 36 & HB 2492 to protect survivors and hold offenders accountable.
