Here for RPGs and other fun nerd shit. But also... Trans rights are human rights. Bigots of all varieties GTFO. The existence of billionaires is a societal failure. I'd rather play, not fight, but I will fight. He/They

Assuming you like a little heat.
Have you got the Hot Ones Pringles? The Verde one is the best Pringle that has ever existed.
Many people are saying he should.
Oh, well fuck that guy!
I think he's saying he didn't know it was a Nazi tattoo and just thought it was a generic skull and crossbones until now. It's plausible but certainly worth a 🤨
What he says, and more importantly, does next is important.
💯
fwiw, he says that he just learned what it is, but afaik he hasn't done the removal yet. I'm glad I don't live in Maine so I don't have to think too hard about how much I believe him. Even a 1% doubt would be too high for me to ever risk voting for a nazi.
FWIW:
"...he and other Marines went to Croatia, where they got 'very inebriated' and decided to get tattoos...'We chose a terrifying skull and crossbones off the wall because we were Marines and skulls and crossbones are a pretty standard military thing'”

The besieged Democratic Senate candidate said he doesn’t expect more damaging social media posts to resurface.

I ran across a few of his vg vids a while back and never watched enough to know he was a wingnut because of his non-stop rancid loser vibes. If this is what passes for an important right wing influencer then they are more desperate than I thought.
The Louvre heist has "RPG session where the party had a terrible plan but rolled like gods" written all over it.
While millions of other government workers go without paychecks! That goes beyond "king shit" to a more specific "King Louis XIV shit".
Time to bring back this one:
As a long-time lapsed, casual Games Workshop fan, this is seriously the most interesting take on 40k I have ever read.
As a player you are most in tune with certain game mechanics, and might be in a better position to see what is and is not working.
I would also add that "game designer" is a third role that both the GM and the other players can and should also inhabit when necessary. There's certainly good reasons why it most naturally falls on the GM's shoulders, but not exclusively so.
At the other extreme:
Should the GM use their godlike power to force the game to conform to their vision no matter what the players want? No, of course not! The GM is not a god, the GM is just another player at the table.
No, of course not! Players are there to have fun and the GM is a player too so their fun and their desires for the game should have equal weight, or slightly more than equal since their role also comes with more responsibility and effort.
The most important part: having fun! "The GM is a player too" is really shorthand for a bunch of back and forth arguments about what the GM should do to make sure their players enjoy the game. Should they make themselves miserable in order to cater to the wishes of the players and ignore their own?
Anyone who would actually get angry over this semantic debate needs to step back and get some perspective.
The GM is a player but the game is asymmetric. Likewise, the non-GM player is also (partly) responsible for the fun of their fellow players (of all varieties).

Different roles demand different efforts but we shouldn't abandon the cores of other roles when it's not our main role.
If the theory you're working with is that your police will brutalize the protestors to let everyone know that you don't need the guard to help, I have bad news for you: you're not doing resistance, you're doing appeasement and collaboration.
Get your pigs under control.
It's the "Thank you for your attention to this matter" that always gets me. No higher levels of Karen complaining to the manager can be achieved.
Gush away! You're making me want to play Signalis!
Mike Johnson makes me think about Westworld.
Specifically:
"That doesn't look like anything to me."
and
"These violent delights have violent ends."
