and using proper filters/tags just gives people the option of whether or not they want to see it. And it’s not even that anyone who doesn’t want to see it is *against* it. I like having different account/feeds and keeping it separate. On this account i have “mature” posts entirely hidden.

I think some people have a misconception that using filters/labels properly is like, “censoring” them, or that it’ll hurt their “algorithm” (because on some platforms like Insta, Tumblr - it does) when it’s really not like that. NSFW is (mostly) allowed here -

I’ve never had anyone get upset or confront me for unfollowing, but i also feel a bit sad when i decide to for this reason TuT
