Karlach dancing her usual idle dance: Am I krumping? Astarion, not taking his eyes away from his book: No. Karlach tries a new move: How about now? Astarion, offscreen: No. Karlach switches to a new move but still unsure: Now? Astarion closes his book with a SLAM!: NO. Astarion: This is krumping! Astarion starts dancing behind her as Karlach realizes what he's doing. They dance goofily until they sync up. Lae'zel: What are you two doing? Astarion and Karlach stops mid dance. Lae'zel looks at them expectantly with her longsword on her shoulders. Astarion: We were just krumping... Lae'zel sets her longsword on her weapons rack: No you're not. All three dance like goobers.

What Hyve lacks in charisma, they make up for by sharing valuable medical knowledge. Teaching these kids isn't as impractical as you think, Wyll.
Hyve: So you'll want to scoop out a bit of flesh and bone from the stump to create flaps of skin. Sew those into a cross shape and that's one way to seal.. an... amputation... Tiefling Kids listening with horrified faces. Asharak: Those weren't heroic words at all! Hyve: Calm down, they're just children. (Dark Urge voice: Children with fragile necks.) They can't hurt you. Wyll: You did make sure they're more scared of you. You shared valuable life-saving tips but not the most age-appropriate ones. Hyve: Have you seen the sleights of hands the other runts can do? Suturing should be second nature for them. Wyll: I hope you know that's an impractical idea.

Although their healing magic is limited, Hyve can perform practical healing and potionmaking.
Whenever the party camps within a settlement, they volunteer to help in the infirmary tents. They can ignore the dark urges for a while if they perceive illness and injury as a puzzle to be solved.
Shadowheart: Maybe you were a doctor in your past life? Hyve: I hope so... (Character design for a plague doctor Dark Urge) Hyve: Fine. But the mask stays on. Gortash: By all means, keep it on if you need to muffle your chirps.
