Since taking some time away, I’ve realised I get the most love interest DURING working out legs in the gym. So now I’m doing leg day for 6 hours daily. 🙃

….I am kidding. But I have been doing 100 squats a day among a few other bodyweight exercises and I’m feeling so strong!
