Windows 10 goes out of support today. My fave useless fact about w10 is that the iconic blue desktop background is a *photograph* - not CGI.

Tiny 'making of' vid here - youtu.be/_2RacX9DgWM...
Three images showing photographers in a studio, standing around a black curtained area with a projector and a 'Windows' logo etched onto a glass pane. The lower image shows a version of the iconic blue windows background, with blue lasers outlining and passing through an angled Windows logos against a dark background.

I unlocked the Mime class in FF Tactics and I love it so much. Little guy came in so clutch in a big battle in Chapter 4.

I also got the Dark Knight, and Ramza is now unstoppable, but...Mime!!!

For better or for worse, the vast majority of the show's listeners come from Spotify. Again—not my business where anyone else listens, but I'd feel really guilty pulling the show off right away and leaving folks in the lurch. Maybe that makes me a hypocrite. I don't know. One thing at a time.

Hi folks—Looking online, this appears to be true. I won't be sharing Spotify links for the show moving forward. Where you listen to audio is none of my business and you can still find the show there, but this goes against a lot of my core beliefs.

Appreciate the understanding. Fuck ICE.

Spotify is now running recruitment ads for ICE.

It’s time to cancel your account.

The FINAL FANTASY TACTICS analysis begins! Join us as we dissect what makes this tale of class stratification beset on all sides by inequity a classic. Discussions begin with development, the GREAT score, and—of course—the battle system. Blame yourself or God. Hope you love the show, links below!⬇️⬇️⬇️

I used to get mad when people misused "decimated" to refer to things that weren't 1/10th destroyed, but I've given it some thought and now I've done a complete 360 on it

No. This is somewhere to be. This is all you have, but it's still something. Streets and sodium lights. The sky, the world. You're still alive.

Now if memory serves, you're with me in the army of the RE20 😎

It's all fun and games until the Shure SM7b whispers its sweet, dulcet tones in your ear.

CAUTION: Thoughts like these lead to starting a podcast. If you are experiencing these thoughts or catch yourself saying transitional phrases such as "*chuckle* yeah, we'll get there, we'll talk about it," consult your doctor.

Playing video games is almost as fun as talking about and planning which video games you will play next

Hell yeah to your hell yeah. And judging by your bio you might also like to know that the Xenosaga trilogy is in my top 3 JRPGs, too. (How do you break that down into one game, but I have the most fondness for episode 1)

8 is so over-hated. Both it and 13 are high on my replay list.

Absolutely. It's so much fun when all the pieces are put together—and it's a fantastic sequel, narratively. Makes total sense that that culture, finally free from sin/Sin, would err toward opulence and Having A Good Time.

(also Magical Girl is a fun genre, OK? Sue me!)
