Will try a taste test on them. My go to recipe is the 48-72 hour recipe using a biga. Found in the Forkish book Elements of Pizza. My daughter got it for me at an estate sale for 5$!!!! Such a steal.

13/25 for my #25in2025 #horror #booksky is Gingerbread by Helen Oyeyemi A fairy tale centered around a family’s odyssey from a country that may just be mythical to London. The imagery is full and complex, and it definitely calls for more than one reading. But it is worth the effort.

The 70s were magical times in Santa Clara Valley Movie wise. We had multiplexs showing fabulous trash: Satan's Cheerleaders, Gumball Rally, God Told Me To (now that one was insane) as well as a Planet of the Apes Marathon A grindhouse that showed Argento and Blaxploitation gems. Golden times

World Naked Bike Ride organizers and other local groups are getting on bikes in the buff to protest the Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in South Portland. The demonstration is planned for Sunday Oct 12 at 2:30 pm; now we know the starting spot is Oregon Convention Center Plaza.
