Last week we welcomed our new Apprentices to the trust with a sail on Pioneer! It was a great day and offered them all the opportunity to get to know each other and participate in some unique and exciting team building on board our historic vessel! 😊

A couple of weeks ago, we swapped the yard for the waves and took our two apprentices out for some high-speed powerboat training aboard our Humber Destroyer RIB. 🛥️💨

As we cruised out towards Clacton, we stumbled right into the start of the legendary Clacton Airshow!
