Odd. OT0 Arrow of Fortune doesn't seem like it was coded correctly (for the players' benefit): return is calculated by damage incurred regardless of enemy's current hp.

1hp enemy gives 1jp from 300 damage
OT0:
1hp enemy gives 12jp from 300 damage
Mystic Shot seems to have the same result.
