it is! scoot is the silliest dove i've ever met. he can't fly very well either, and when he crashes, or just lands somewhere he didn't want to - he cries. like full on human baby cries. "waa! waa! waa!" it's bizarre.

oh, no, we have to bathe him because he can't do it very well himself. his beak overgrows and is a little crooked.

he drags one of his wings so it's always getting covered in poop.
