I'm not cut out to be a magic the gathering content creator because my thoughts on the spider-man universes beyond set are "it would be pretty premature to judge the set based on a bunch of commons in the welcome decks" and that's the most boring position to be in rn

I simply think that if we had a system for Secret Lairs where this didn't happen, we should consider returning to it since we clearly cannot figure out a better way. But idk, maybe I'm not taking the feelings of the shareholders into account.

Magiccon means previews... Excited for edge of eternities, which is almost certainly the near-exclusive focus, but my pipe dream that will never happen is final fantasy jumpstart product for the end of the year. If spider-man gets the set box treatment, why can't ff get that holiday money too?

The thing about the impending stream of Marvel Comics Universes Beyond sets is that my Marvel experience has always been incredibly minor characters no one cares about so I'm ready to be Disappointed, but fortunately it's marvel comics so ive been training to be disappointed my whole life.

Today's @moxfield.com deck project: Duskana but with no bears! Just convergent evolution giving us a bunch of other 2/2s! Many picks for this deck definitely aren't "thing I had lying around"!

me: well im disappointed in the specifics but overall i think universes beyond is suboptimal but not the worst thing in the world, surely there are some good discussions about it happening

It's going to be cold in Chicago next week for MagicCon, and lots of people will be visiting from warmer climates who aren't used to the cold. Malort is a drink designed to keep you cold when the wind comes roaring in off the lake. Drink it early, and drink it often and you'll be just fine.
