Due to my lack of artistic talent, I usually miss out on Inktober and other month long art events. However I really enjoy using HeroForge. So I opted to start my own month long event called OCvember.

Vi in a Field

Something a little different than my usual stuff. I wanted to try and break into more things and this was a good first step I think. Nothing crazy, but something that turned out better than I expected. Hopefully more of this to come.

Day 4: Artificer

I'm going to be honest, I am not a fan of the Artificer class. It just feels to off for me to get excited for it, too many disparate features that try and lean towards crafting, but nothing really makes it feel like a crafter. It may-

Day 3: Ranger

Today's is a little later than I wanted to post, but I went with a design inspired by @sablesketch.bsky.social and their elf tribe of The Lost. While I couldn't get a flat animal mask, Khay't's intelligence lends itself to the crow and raven look.

Day 2: Paragon

A wild change of pace in design, Paragon Khay't was a fun challenge! Using the class from Corpus Angelus, it was a challenge to figure out how a class that focuses on becoming an avatar of their god. So I decided to take the idea that Paragons where-

Day 1: Bard

In this rendition, Khay't was raised initially in the temple complex of the city of Akhrum, but at the age of 12 she went off to apprentice under a wizard, hoping to pursue a path of arcane prowess. However, instead she fell in love with the stories and myths he had in his vast library-
I've really enjoyed this last month of making minis based off my OC, Khayet. It was a fun challenge, with some prompts more engaging and interesting than others. I hope y'all enjoyed this journey too! I hope to do this again next year with a different character, and hopefully different themes!
-would be the perfect place to add it! I wanted a classic knight look with a mix of fantasy elements, and I love how it came out. The noble stance, the crisp colors, and the simple design, all coming together to sell the idea that this is a noble knight of goodness.
Day 30: Paladin

And here she is, the final version of Khayet, a noble and heroic paladin, blessed by celestial beings and dedicated to fighting for righteousness and honor. I love the updated chainmail design HeroForge has and decided that this mini-

-sometimes that's all you need, reliable ally who can always help you.

The Monk is just a Monk, a class I struggle to envision ideas for and designs, but I think it got something that works. But tomorrow is the last day, and I have some ideas brewing!
Days 28/29: Helpful NPC and Monk

Another missed day, but instead of a fun dual form version of Khayet, this is just because of Thanksgiving lol. The Helpful NPC model idea was instead of someone wealthy or just another adventurer, she is a innkeeper and-

Day 27: Warden

With the wilds as her home and the power of nature pulsing through her, this tank of a Khayet is ready for anything and everything that comes her way. Quick post today as I prepare for Thanksgiving! Happy Thanksgiving y'all!

-the idea a little bit more. I do like the posing and colors! It works well and is simple! But I like to keep it simple lol, I'm not one for crazy minis, but that's just me.
Day 26: Alchemist

Before you say that alchemy is potions and not bombs, the Alchemist class from Mage Hand Press deals with both, and frankly, I like the bombs more. But I went with a bit more of an Urban Fantasy look because I just felt like that fit-

-party out to collect rare books, scrolls, and manuscripts to fill her library.
Day 25: Patron

I love when the party patron in a D&D campaign is a rich person who sends the party off on random quests to gather them trinkets. It's just a fun dynamic to me, so I decided to make Khayet fit that role with this theme. So she sends her-

-love to see more of or play with! I may make this version of Khayet either a new official version for fun "what-ifs" or take this concept and do something else with. Either way, I love it!
Day 24: Warlock

Sure not every Warlock has to be evil and use forbidden magic, but where's the fun in that? Sexy and corrupted? Uh, yes please! I'd say that makes this one one of my better minis. Plus I love the look of blood magic, it's something I'd-

Day 23: Necromancer

The clanking of forgotten armor, the whispers of forgotten languages, and the evil emanating from this twisted Khay't. I love the new mask and wanted to use it really bad. So I found my spot lol. And I did steal a pose, but it works.

-quest is now her trying to understand what it means to be Lawful and Good with the understanding that Lawful Good is an extreme alignment, and how she can reconcile following the letter of the law as perfectly as possible while remaining as benevolent as possible. I love this redesign!
-so here's Khayet 2.1 lol. She still worships the same god, she's from, the same place, and she's still built around being highly intelligent, just now with a philosopher tinge to her. Instead of just being a vessel for her god, her story is now one of understanding and knowledge. In fact, her-
Day 22: Cleric

I don't have a funny line that's a reference to anything, as I instead decided to give her a bit of an update instead of doing something new. She's naturally an Arcana Cleric, but I wanted to redo Khayet as different, yet familiar-

-bloody and battered, but knowing that their fighting and sacrifice has saved more lives. I may also come back to this one, as the clothing is interfering with the pose a bit, but I am happy with it all the same.
Day 21: Martyr

Suffering is our prayer

A class built around spending HP to cast spells, refusal to die. Additionally grand destinies, that is what the Martyr is. And I figured I should do a classic pose when it comes to that sort of vibe-

-this design! It just works to be honest. It isn't trying to be too fancy, it isn't too crazy of a pose, it's just simple and to the point. Cocky with the skills to back it up.
Day 20: Gunslinger

Fly High Space Rancher.

There were a lot of paths I was thinking of for this day, from Cowboy to Musketeer, from Pistelero to Trick Shot. But a buddy recommended something akin to Cowboy Bebop. And honestly, it was a good call, I love-
