Loved hearing Dr. Ryan Wick’s talk on genome assemblies with Autocycler. Really amazing hearing from him as I use a lot of his tools in my every day work!

At the end of a session I switched to the cancer & molecular medicine session for Sourav’s talk on neutrophils. Possibly my favourite talk so far, I swear I’m not biased at all 😉

Loved hearing from Dr. Wytamma Wirth about a deep learning approach to bacterial taxonomic clasification, BABET. The coolest part for me was hearing how tiny the database is!
