It’s a beautiful day for canvassing! Huge thanks to our Pacific Grove volunteers pounding the pavement for Prop 50, protecting democracy one convo at a time. We still have 29 turfs up for grabs. Sign-up here: www.mobilize.us/mobilize/eve...
37 of 72 turfs covered; 35 still open. Congrats to Sarah, Meganne, Crystal, and Colleen for canvassing the most houses so far. Green on the maps = available; red hatched = taken. Want a specific neighborhood? Email [email protected] or sign up on Mobilize.

This is what democracy looks like!

Thanks to our volunteers canvassing for YES on 50! Want to join? Sign up on Mobilize (link in bio)—it’s fun, you get your steps in, and help defend democracy.

Not up for it? Write letters, text, phone bank, or donate (link in bio). Every action counts.
We’re drawing a line in the sand for democracy. On Nov 4, vote YES on Prop 50 to protect fair elections and keep redistricting independent.

Find ways to get involved in our link in bio.

Big thanks to Ayo Banjo for joining our Coffee Talk today for a conversation on the state of the Democratic Party, advancing a progressive agenda, and tackling the cost of living crisis locally and across California. Ayo is a progressive leader to watch, and we’re excited to keep building together.
Get your walking shoes ready. In Oct, we’ll be knocking on doors. We’d love for you to join.

The best part? We’ll provide you with the exact left-leaning houses to target, so you make the most impact. Even just covering your own block makes a real difference.

Let’s hit the streets together!
Vote YES on 50 this November.

California’s voice in Washington is on the line. Without Prop 50, Republicans will redraw the rules to grab more power and weaken our representation. With Prop 50, we defend fair maps, protect democracy, and keep California’s voice strong.

Let’s take a stand for justice, equality, and democracy.

Join the Monterey County Democrats and PG Progressives as we march in the 4th of July parade in Monterey.

This is our chance to be visible, speak out, and show our community what Democracy in Action looks like.
PG Progressives came out in full force for this year’s Pride Parade. It was a beautiful day celebrating love, inclusion, and community alongside progressives from across Monterey County. With rainbows and butterflies, our message was clear: everyone deserves to feel seen, valued, and loved.
As progressives, we stand against the unlawful actions of ICE and the Trump Republican administration and will continue to support our immigrant community, here in Pacific Grove and beyond. www.pgprogressives.org/updates/just...

We had a blast at Chalk the Driveway. Kim Kasner Stone led us through street painting techniques, inspiring young artists and bringing color and community to our neighborhood.

Missed out? You’ve still got a chance to join the fun at Chalk the Block on 6/14.
Pride is about love, visibility, and the unwavering belief that everyone deserves to belong. Yet every year, hateful voices try to dim the light of the Pride flag in Pacific Grove, but we refuse to let them succeed.
We stand together in Pride and in fierce solidarity with our LGBTQ+ neighbors.
We're sponsoring a community event in Pacific Grove! CHALK THE DRIVEWAY launches Sunday, June 1st: events.humanitix.com/chalk-the-dr... RSVP ASAP and join us for free family fun!

Pride is about showing up. Join PG Progressives at Monterey’s Pride Parade on Saturday, June 28. We march at 11am down Alvarado Street and celebrate after at Custom House Plaza. If you believe in justice and inclusion, come stand with us. Loud, proud, and together.
Huge thanks to everyone who came out to the PG Progressives picnic yesterday!

Great weather, great people, and great conversation. It was a beautiful reminder of what community looks like when we show up for each other.
Feeling politically exhausted? You’re not alone — and you don’t have to do it alone. Here are 4 reasons we need community more than ever.

Join PG Progressives for a community picnic this Sunday, May 18 from 11am–2pm at Caledonia Park.

Snacks, spirit, and solidarity welcome.
