In a sane world, he would be impeached for being a complete dumbass as well as criminally corrupt.

Armed, masked ICE agents raided NYC’s Chinatown, arresting several street vendors, some of whom have been operating there for 15 years. They brought an armored tank and tactical weapons into the streets.

I spoke on a First Amendment panel at a law school earlier this week. One thing I emphasized is that there is widespread and astonishing ignorance of basic First Amendment law by a huge number of local officials who have arrest and citation authority, many of whom don’t know what obscenity is.
