Yeah! I have burnouts because I lack time management skills and not... you know... because management keeps cutting our budget, while constantly making decisions that add more work on our plate! I get told how lucky I should feel for my ridiculous pay raise because most of my team got nothing! Yay.

Boo, the bold jumping spider has her tank right next to my computer desk and she spends all day hanging out at the entrance of her hide watching the human’s every movement! LOL
