Back on my bike after being poorly
This is where my lad is in uni, Its a great place and a fabulous walk, I think he likes it, I’m having a stroll even though I’m still poorly with a bad chest, headache, cough and blocked nose…I’m off to have a band practice with the other poorly band members… wish me luck 🍀 🙂⭐️🙏

Its a glorious morning to be out and about in the sunshine, Wandering around the park spotting the wildlife, enjoying the constant gifts of mother nature, the multicoloured mushrooms, the birds & watching the streams flow, I’ve had a coffee a sticky bun and few cough sweets 🍬

Tomorrow’s band practice is cancelled because everyone is poorly, I’ve been quite unwell too, I’ve spend most of October & November being rained on… I’m going to read myself asleep and hopefully wake up tomorrow feeling strong… night night everyone 💤
