This past year has been hard. I’ve lost several people with different levels of closeness. I’ve had close family members suffer varying levels of hospitalisation. Throughout it all I’ve been lucky to have the support of both my line managers, supportive colleagues and fantastic family members.
I’ve had some very interesting conversations with colleagues this week that have really reinvigorated my commitment to my CI and HF roots. I came into this line of work to make real meaningful change. I’ve been very lucky to have worked alongside and met so many inspiring people.

As we approach our Go Live date this week I find it comforting to know that my QI and Human Factors approach will mean that whatever learning comes out of this, we all worked to making this as staff centred as possible #morethananumber
