On this morning's run, I came around the corner and was stopped in my tracks by this #kangaroo in front of Griffiths Island! 🦘
We very rarely see kangaroos here (lots of wallabies). I reckon this might have been the kangaroo on our garden cam the other morning. #portfairy

I found a very young seal on the Griffiths Island causeway this morning, not looking too well. I reported it to the Marine Response Unit and they are monitoring it. Fingers crossed it's ok 🤞

The sun came out for our last day out in Margate before heading down under 🇦🇺
We started with a hearty Dalby Cafe breakfast and then checked out the latest exhibition at Turner Contemporary, followed by a walk across Margate Main Sands to The Sun Deck for smoothies.

Our final day of walking! It took us just over 4.5 hours to reach Santiago today, setting off in the dark. There was plenty of elevation and lots more walking through quaint villages and forests.

As we were already at the top of the mountain outside of Redondela, we had a much shorter walk today into Pontevedra, with only 3 hours of walking. A relaxing morning as we didn't set off till 9.30am.
