Of course chatbots are not protected by freedom of speech as former Google-staffers from the startup Character.ai claim. It is so dumb and such a waste of time and ressources to discuss whether machines who unethically have dressed up as humans should have any HUMAN rights

New test: OpenAI’s most powerful system hallucinates 33 percent of the time. That is more than twice the hallucination rate of its previous reasoning system.
When running another test, which asks more general questions, the hallucination rates were 51 and 79 percent.
