I swear, classic “bodybuilding meals” are so joyless. You can still eat healthy while treating yourself to a variety of herbs, spices, flavors, cuisines, etc.

I feel like weve gone through this cycle at least a couple times in just the last decade 😮💨
People always try to get me to stay positive about nearly dying/ this rare disease life and whatever (i hate this to be clear)
But I found a silver lining!
I had to stop working like maaaaybe 3 months before I would have been forced to start using AI....
so I got that going for me lmaooo
