I read a lot and have good grasp of these things - however you must learn to write so people understand what you are saying. It seems that you have a hard time understanding todays situation since you are asking me questions and only referring to a 2500 year old book as an argument for your view.

How people survive in Kostiantynivka amid constant Russian air attacks.

The Russian army strikes the city with drones, artillery, and air bombs. The people who still remain there cook food over open fires, no longer react to drones, and hide from shelling in the basements of shattered buildings.
