GiJoe was one of the first lines I wanted to revisit from my childhood back in 1994. Pretty fun to collect it back then as the prices had not exploded yet. The biggest problem is that its a space killer and hard to display everything. I have since scaled back the collection and sold off some pieces.

We were a Stove Top Stuffing for Thanksgiving family when I was a kid. Didn’t have a homemade version of stuffing until I was an adult.

My grandfather used to set up a lawn chair in the front yard and yell at cars that were speeding as they passed by. I didn’t quite understand why he did that at the time but let me tell you, which each year that passes by I find myself relating to that more and more.

I was so happy to see that the Bellevue Movie theater in Montclair has reopened after an 8 year hiatus. This was one of the main theaters I went to as a kid. Originally opened in 1922. The theater is small but big on charm.
